The team is a leader’s greatest asset. Leading the team is a leader’s biggest and most rewarding challenge.

A team is a group of people who have a common goal. My clients tell me that I help a team to find the ‘oil between the individual members’ so that they bring their diverse skills and experience together and support for each other to achieve their goal.

As a psychologist I can help leaders and their teams to use their different personalities to create the right team culture.

I also help leaders to nurture and grow the whole team and team members through clear role descriptions and wise delegations. This also gives the leader a chance to manage their own work/life balance. A good leader is one who can go on holidays and not come back to a full in-tray!
