- An in-depth assessment to match a planning process to your business needs so that you can identify your stakeholders, determine your goals and the best performance indicators of that and develop your action plan which includes a vital monitoring process
- A planning process specific to your needs that includes participant pre-work, the purpose designed planning meeting and a short planning review meeting
- A flat-rate cost that includes all of the above, but with some additional costs if you also want meeting reports
