About Me
For 20 years I have been providing coaching, training and management development consultancy services to clients in government and business sectors.
I was Director of Studies of Flight Centre Limited’s Business School where I ran an action learning program for people to act on real business problems and develop their leadership skills at the same time.
I have conducted numerous action learning programs for leaders on:

- Continuous improvement and evaluation
- Creativity and innovation
- Managing groups
- Problem solving
- Understanding personality
- Interpersonal communication and effectiveness
I have conducted numerous planning meeting for leaders to:
- Achieve their goals and targets
- Review their program’s progress
- Facilitate change management
- Develop their team culture
- Balance their work with the rest of their life
I facilitated the University of Queensland, Queensland State Government and relevant industry bodies to establish their mutual goals and performance indicators for their participation in several joint venture research institutes.
I have an adjunct association with Southern Cross University where I have examined many action learning based PhD and DBA theses as well as supervising an action learning DBA thesis.
I received my PhD from the Faculty of Education Griffith University and I am a registered psychologist and a registered teacher.
