For 20 years I have been providing coaching, training and management development consultancy services to clients in government and business sectors.

I was Director of Studies of Flight Centre Limited’s Business School where I ran an action learning program for people to act on real business problems and develop their leadership skills at the same time.

I have an adjunct association with Southern Cross University where I have examined many action learning based PhD and DBA theses as well as supervising an action learning DBA thesis.

I received my PhD from the Faculty of Education Griffith University and I am a registered psychologist and a registered teacher.
